• STORY: Located in the beautiful Southern Palatinate (Germany's warmest climate prevails here), the Diehl couple concentrates primarily on the production of single-variety wines from classic Palatinate grape varieties, which always bear the signature of the local terroir. Complicated wines or styled techno wines are not her thing, but the goal is appealing, fruity and easy-to-drink wines. The wine press house is state-of-the-art; an old property from 1821 was converted for this purpose.

• FINISHING: stainless steel

• AROMA: Delicate salmon pink colour. Very fresh scent with fine notes of apple, sweet woodruff blossom and exotic passion fruit. In the mouth, the dry character is well balanced with the delicate, fruity residual sweetness.

• RATING: The fresh acidity makes the Secco tasty and keeps the tension going. Cherry and citrus notes remain in the aftertaste.
