The wine press house is state-of-the-art; an old property from 1821 was converted for this purpose. Here, the Diehl family works with dedication to ensure that the incredible temperament of the grapes can gently unfold in the wine. The Diehls want to press "real types" - varietal representatives of the terroir, who represent the Edesheim soil and the unmistakable grape aromas in the wine with a strong character.
