Complicated wines or styled techno wines are not her thing, but the goal is appealing, fruity and easy-to-drink wines. The wine press house is state-of-the-art; an old property from 1821 was converted for this purpose. Here, the Diehl family works with dedication to ensure that the incredible temperament of the grapes can gently unfold in the wine. The Diehls want to press "real types" - varietal representatives of the terroir, who represent the Edesheim soil and the unmistakable grape aromas in the wine with a strong character. The devotion to the authenticity of the grape variety is also particularly reflected in its liter qualities, which are perfect for everyday enjoyment.
