• VINIFICATION:After the selective harvest, the grapes are gently pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Developed consciously without the use of wood, this drop is full of fruit and refreshing liveliness.

Complicated wines or styled techno wines are not her thing, but the goal is appealing, fruity and easy-to-drink wines. The wine press house is state-of-the-art; an old property from 1821 was converted for this purpose. Here, the Diehl family works with dedication to ensure that the incredible temperament of the grapes can gently unfold in the wine. The Diehls want to press "real types" - varietal representatives of the terroir, who represent the Edesheim soil and the unmistakable grape aromas in the wine with a strong character.
