• STORY: For the red 19 Crimes Blend, all grapes were harvested when they were optimally ripe, fermented in the traditional way and the wines matured in American oak barrels for around a year before they were finally bottled and released for consumption as a dangerously good 19 Crimes Red Wine.

• DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C

• AROMA: intensely aromatic, fruity and spicy bouquet with warm aromas of sweetly ripe blackberries, dark plums, dark chocolate and vanilla

• ASSESSMENT: round and harmonious on the palate with sweet ripe fruit that gives the wine smooth fullness and texture, dark chocolate and vanilla in the bouquet now merge with spicy notes of cinnamon and cloves, long, velvety and full-bodied in the finish with a lively aftertaste of dark wild berries

• SERVING RECOMMENDATION: with grilled lamb chops, spare ribs, minced steaks and poultry, stuffed aubergines, tomatoes, peppers or vegetable onions, also with fresh pasta with spicy tomato sauce or medium-ripened cheese
