DRINKING TEMPERATURE: 16-18°C

VINIFICATION: For the 19 Crimes Cabernet Sauvignon, all grapes were harvested when they were optimally ripe, traditionally fermented on the mash, the wines were matured in 100 percent American oak and bottled in the harvest year. In the bottle, the wine is then allowed to harmoniously round off and complete itself until the winery team decides to release its Cabernet for enjoyment.
AROMA: The bouquet is dominated by intense vanilla aromas that merge with fruity notes of red currants, fragrant, spicy violets and mulberries
-
ASSESSMENT: full-bodied and harmonious on the palate, with a hint of sweetness that gives the wine even more fullness and density, again distinctive vanilla and red currants, but this time accompanied by dark cherries and chocolate, long finish with dark berries and velvety-soft tannins
SERVING RECOMMENDATION: with grilled and roasted lamb and beef (skewers, chops) with French fries, stuffed tomatoes, aubergines or peppers, cold platters with sausage and ham or medium-strong cheese
