STORY: The Crémant de Bourgogne is a specialty that may only be made from AOC Bourgogne wines. The finest representatives of crémants, such as those from Chauvenet, are mostly blends of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle, just like champagne. The Chauvenet Cremant is aged in the bottle for an average of 1 ½ years. It has a lot of elegance and complexity.
